Wellness Corner 23: CHAT Fall Fair
Hey Falcons,
This weekend, WellBase went into the community and spread the beauty of wellness in the refugee community. It was our first official Kinkaid community service event, and I’m proud and grateful to say it was a roaring success! Back in April, I wrote an issue of the Wellness Corner about the “helper’s high,” and the emotional, mental, and even physical growth that comes with community service. I think our four-person volunteer team can agree that we indeed experienced all these positive consequences of serving others. And we had SO much fun too! Who else can say they danced to the Cupid Shuffle at their community service event? Here are some pictures from our day of service.
